Welcome to BrionetAI ("we", "our", "us", or the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using our website located at brionetai.com, APIs, interactive visual studios, 3D WebGL renderers, or related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Services. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an educational institution, research laboratory, or company, you represent that you possess legal authority to bind that entity.

To utilize advanced features—including saving animated lessons, running AI exam simulations, building personalized learning trajectories, and conducting deep paper research—you may be required to register an account.

• Accurate Credentials: You must provide a valid email address and keep your account details truthful and current.
• Credential Confidentiality: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session tokens, passwordless verification codes, or OAuth authorizations.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities occurring under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Age Requirement: The Services are designed for students, educators, and researchers aged 13 and older (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).

BrionetAI employs a multi-agent AI architecture (coordinating curriculum planning, asset design, cinematography, physics calculations, voice narration, and code validation) to produce interactive WebGL and 2D/3D visualizations.

Generation allowances and quotas (including daily limits for non-voice animations, voice-synchronized lessons, and practice exams) are enforced based on your account tier to preserve computational stability and provider availability.

Our Multimodal Ingestion engine permits you to drop research PDFs, spreadsheets, source code files, documents, and 3D CAD/model formats for semantic analysis and visualization.

• Storage Lifecycle: Uploaded originals are held in private, authenticated storage. When you delete a study thread or animation, the associated uploaded binaries are queued for automated server removal.
• Antivirus & Sandboxing: In production, uploads undergo ClamAV malware scanning and isolated parsing within bounded memory ceilings (up to 100 MB per file).
• External Providers: In order to analyze uploaded texts, semantic chapters, or formulas, data fragments are processed via our secure LLM provider infrastructure (Google Gemini). You must only upload documents you have the legal right to submit.

BrionetAI offers both a permanently accessible Free Tier and an upgraded Pro Subscription.

• Free Forever Tier: Provides access to standard 2D/3D animations, simulations, voice explanations, learning paths, and research threads within periodic replenishment windows.
• Pro Tier: Grants expanded generation ceilings, unlimited research threads, unrestricted document ingestion, and 3D CAD model analysis.
• Fixed 30-Day Duration (No Recurring Subscriptions): Pro access is granted for exactly 30 days per transaction. We intentionally do not operate automatic recurring card billing; you will never be charged without explicit manual checkout.
• Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We never store, process, or transmit your raw debit/credit card numbers or CVV.
• Refund Policy: Due to immediate compute allocation upon upgrade, payments are generally non-refundable once computational generation allowances have been consumed. If you encountered a verified payment failure, double-charge, or technical outage, submit a ticket via our Support Center within 7 days.

Your Ownership: As between you and BrionetAI, you retain full title, ownership, and copyright in any original text, equations, models, and files you upload to the Platform. Furthermore, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you own the rights to the creative educational animations and simulation outputs rendered for you.

BrionetAI Ownership: BrionetAI and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including proprietary algorithms, multi-agent orchestration pipelines, logos, brand assets, UI designs, and custom procedural shaders.

License to Operate: By submitting prompts or files, you grant BrionetAI a worldwide, royalty-free license solely to host, process, and render visualizations for your direct benefit within the application. We do not sell your personal files or user data to third-party ad networks.

You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

1. Generating or uploading malware, exploits, or malicious scripts.
2. Attempting to bypass platform rate limits, quotas, row locks, or security filters.
3. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or probing the proprietary server infrastructure.
4. Generating non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, violent extremism, or dangerous weapons schematics.
5. Impersonating another person or misrepresenting institutional affiliation.
6. Using automated scrapers or bots against our API endpoints without explicit written approval.

BrionetAI utilizes state-of-the-art probabilistic neural models. While our verification and physics agents strive for mathematical and scientific rigor:

• Educational Simulation: Simulations, derivations, and concept maps are intended for educational and conceptual understanding. They do not constitute formal engineering certifications, medical diagnoses, legal counsel, or financial advice.
• Review Obligation: Users are advised to verify critical facts, formulas, and code outputs against authoritative academic or peer-reviewed literature.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRIONETAI AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, AND EMPLOYEES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BRIONETAI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts located in Bhubaneswar / Cuttack, Odisha, India.
